Free Shipping on Orders of $75 or more

For orders of $75 or more you will receive Free standard shipping anywhere in the world.   You can add items to your cart and when your subtotal is $75 or more, you will automatically receive Free standard shipping when going through the online checkout.  The Free Shipping promotion applies only to orders shipped via Standard Shipping to a single address.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return standard shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Please make sure to include a copy of your invoice and/or your packing slip for proper processing of your request.  We always appreciate knowing the reason for any return, so that we can try to serve you better in the future.   If there was an error on our part, we will also refund your shipping charges and reimburse you for return postage.   You may contact us at support@krisarclothing.com for a return authorization.


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. All our items are shipped from Glendale, California in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Shipping costs vary for each item. Combine your orders and save on shipping and handling fees.  For orders of $75 or more you will receive Free standard shipping anywhere in the world.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

We normally pick, pack, and ship all orders within 1-2 business days from the time the order was placed. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
